Marco Polo Plaza Cebu celebrates Independence Day with “Culinary Journeys”, Independencia: A Tribute to Filipino Heroes. The favorite dishes of our National Heroes will be added on top of Cafe Marco’s famous international buffet spread. Dishes like Tinola, a favorite of our National Hero, Dr Jose Rizal, Lechon Manok sa Saha ng Saging, Andres Bonifacio’s favorite, various “kakanins” and Filipino delicacies that are loved by Gregorio del Pilar and other dishes that are loved by our heroes and Filipinos as well.
